The animals that provide our meats and eggs are raised outside in nature, eating a diverse diet of seasonal plants, with no antibiotics, hormones or steroids.

We encourage you to visit the animals when you come to the farm. See how our animals are an essential are part the ecosystem on our farm.

Grass-fed lamb: Our lamb is very mildly flavored and all grass-fed. Try lamb chops, cubes for kabobs or lean, ground lamb! Lamb will available beginning in October, 2025. Reserve you whole lamb to stock your freezer or just buy one pack for a new recipe!

Grass fed beef: This beef is incredibly flavorful and rich in micro-nutrients due to the diverse diet of plants available to them in the pastures of our farm.

Ground beef, premium steaks, chuck roasts and even minute steaks and available for sale in our market freezers.

Pasture-raised chickens: Full of flavor and lean protein, you have never tasted chicken like this! Our whole chickens are easy to cook, and provide another meal later! Our whole chickens are grown on fresh green pastures and moved to new grass two times every day. Chickens are available from June until they are all sold. Order ahead to make sure you have enough to last the winter!

Farmstead Pork: Pigs raised outside in the fresh air and green grass just make better pork! Pork chops, all-meat sausage, pork shoulder roasts and spare ribs taste so much better! Juicy and delicious for any occasion.

Eggs from pasture raised hens. Deep yellow yolks, and lots of vitamins for your healthy and delicious breakfast! We love multi-colored shells for interest and variety even though they all taste the same!
